When adding a new device to ClockReports via:
Setup Device => Add Device => Select Device => Adding Serial Number and receive the error:
“Online Activation Failed, please enter activation key manually or try again…”
Help => Tick “Use Alternative Authentication Server” => Restart ClockReports => Attempt the setup process again.
If the problem still persists, ensure that the activation key is active and that you are running the latest version of ClockReports by contacting us here.
