Seamlessly connect your Anviz C2 Pro fingerprint recognition and RFID terminal to PeopleHR.
The C2 Pro fingerprint and RFID time & attendance terminal is equipped with a highly efficient dual-core 1G processor and has a new generation optical advanced fingerprint sensor for higher performance fingerprint comparison in less than 0.5s. The friendly GUI and 3.5 inches TFT LCD makes the C2 Pro easy to use and the device supports several RFID reader modules (HID, ALLEGION or ANVIZ) and TCP/IP, PoE or WiFi communication for different requirements. It also provides 1 x relay for connecting to an access control system and includes 1 x RS232 for printing. The Anviz C2 Pro is available with fingerprint and RFID EM125 Khz or Mifare card options.
Once the device is properly installed you can start clocking using the device. The advanced fingerprint recognition technology is so intelligent, it can accurately identify the user within half a second of the finger placement. This is equally as efficient when using the secondary identification mode of RFID cards or tags.
The modern 3.5 inch colour display screen then displays the progress of recognition and completion, confirming the name and ID of the employee that has just clocked whilst providing them with an to-the-second view of the recorded clock time.

How the Integration Works
Syncing data to PeopleHR
When you want to add the device information to PeopleHR, you simply need to sync the information from a click on a button. This will automatically appear within your employees planners. With holidays, remote working, and normal office hours already setup within PeopleHR, the C2 Pro data seamlessly fills in the clocking data.
Viewing the device data
The C2 Pro data is stored within the employee planners. If you click on these icons you can view the detailed device data within it. For example, one of the standard days has been selected and opened, showing each individual clock that day (starting work at 08:47am, lunch from 12:32pm -13:27pm, and end of shift at 17:34pm).
- Ensure that your company has an external static IP address
- Open the Port of the device up for the device IP address
- This will allow PeopleHR’s API to connect to the device in order to pull all of the device data records.
- Connect a 3 pin UK power & network cable to the device
- Ensure a local IP address applied to the device
- Input the Subnet mask, Gateway & Port details into the device (only change port for more than 1 device)
