Time & Attendance Devices

Our clocking terminals are reliable, straightforward to install and with a GUI similar to smart phones, they are very easy to use. The time & attendance systems available can offer:

  • Authentication modes available to suit your business
  • A UK power supply and WiFi or network cable connection
  • Register users on one terminal then share across all terminals
  • Full remote support from Idency throughout the implementation process

Sage HR Timesheets

Comprehensive reporting is available for calculating worked hours for all employees. Hours can easily be collated to calculate payroll. Timesheets can be approved by managers. Holidays & absence are reflected automatically in the timesheets.

Clocking IN and OUT records from our terminals are imported seamlessly into Sage HR employee timesheets.

Additional functionality

As well as integrating your clocking device with Sage HR we can also offer additional functionality to enhance your time & attendance:
