Get a smooth and efficient setup using the Idency Time & Attendance Support Package. With Idency support, our expert team can remotely support you on the initial installation of your biometric clocking system and connecting the terminal to your chosen management software. Basic training for the terminal and software such as user enrolment and report generating can also be provided so you have everything that you got possibly need to get started with the next generation of attendance management.

The Idency support package covers Anviz, ClockReports, TSG & ZKTeco solutions. The typical tasks include:
