Anviz C2 Pro Showing a Large Amount of Fingerprints or an Inaccurate Amount of Fingerprints Being Shown:

Large & inaccurate fingerprint count on the Anviz C2 Pro

On the rare occurrence an Anviz C2 Pro shows that it is holding a large or inaccurate count of fingerprints, a hardware restart is required to refresh the memory. This commonly occurs after carrying out ‘Template to Device‘ numerous times.

If the fingerprints stored amount still shows a large or inaccurate count then please contact us.
