Anviz C2 Pro/Anviz CrossChex Default Admin Login Error

The Anviz C2 Pro will not let me login using the default admin.

Within Anviz CrossChex:

  • Download all users
  • Check that nobody has been set to the admin. If someone has been set as the admin, you can change this so that they aren’t or you can use their details to login.

If you still can’t login, you will need to reset the device. Before resetting the device, please ensure that you have backed-up both users and the user templates as these will be removed from the device.

Resetting Device:

  • Select the device
  • Click device parameters
  • Press “initialize device” located at the bottom of device parameters.
