Track your employees clocking in and out with fingerprint recognition
Time & Attendance Systems using Fingerprint clocking devices
Using biometrics for recording your employees time and attendance is by far the most accurate and cost effective solution available.
Fingerprint devices are popular biometric devices for time and attendance.
Benefits of Fingerprint Time & Attendance Devices
- Employees can’t lose or leave their finger at home
- Employees can’t get a colleague to clock in or out on their behalf
- No extra costs once the system is in place
Fingerprint systems vs. RFID Tags/Card systems
Cards & tags are:
- Costly to purchase
- Often lost or broken
- Vulnerable to theft
- Buddy clocking – able to be given to a colleague to clock in/out for you
Fingerprint systems vs. ID & PIN number systems
ID & PIN numbers are:
- Often forgotten
- Buddy clocking – able to be given to a colleague to clock in/out for you
GDPR Compliance
Our biometric fingerprint devices hold biometric data that can’t be used elsewhere. A random matrix of data is taken of a user’s fingerprint (rather than a full identifiable scan). It is then encrypted and stored on the device. It’s a one way process only though. Elements of a fingerprint go in, but you cannot then get any fingerprint image/mapping back out of the device. Plus this data isn’t readable by any other type of device. To store biometric data you require explicit consent of the User.
