    How to delete Clock Records off a ZKTeco VF380

    The following process will delete the clock records/logs off your VF380 Facial Recognition device. Ensure that you’ve recently synchronised all of your records to ensure none are lost.

    On your VF380…

    1. Enter the Admin Menu
    2. Select Data Mgt.
    3. Select the top option: Delete Transactions
    4. Press Ok.
