Deleting Your Thycotic Secret Server Online Account

• Log in to your secretserveronline.com account (follow Forgot Password steps if needed)

• Go to ‘Admin’
• Go to ‘Users’
• Select the check box next to ‘User Name’ to select all users
• Deselect the user that is the admin for your account
• Scroll down to select ‘Disable Users’ from the ‘Bulk Operation’ drop-down menu
• Click Ok.

Continue:

• Go to Tools
• Deactivate Account
• Enter your password
• Agree to deactivation
