IdencyTime Update: October 2026

This month we’ve added a Deltek Replicon integration, improved RotaCloud shift matching and made device syncing more reliable.

New IdencyTime Feature:

Deltek Replicon Integration

IdencyTime now connects to Deltek Replicon. When an employee clocks in or out on a compatible biometric terminal, IdencyTime receives the verified clocking and sends it straight into Replicon.

Previously, you had to move attendance records into Replicon by hand. Now the data flows automatically, so Replicon stays at the centre of your timesheets and workforce reporting. To set it up, we create your IdencyTime account and arrange a call. During the call, we connect IdencyTime to your Replicon environment and configure it for your organisation. New IdencyTime Feature:

RotaCloud Shift Matching

We’ve worked closely with the RotaCloud team, and their feedback led to this improvement. When IdencyTime sends times into RotaCloud, it now checks which shift each staff member is working. It then attaches their times to that shift automatically.

As a result, your RotaCloud reports now show clock times linked to the correct shift pattern. Reporting is quicker, cleaner, and more accurate, and you no longer need to match times by hand.

New IdencyTime Feature:

Improved Device Syncing

We’ve improved how IdencyTime syncs staff and templates to your clocking devices. On Anviz devices, IdencyTime now always sends a staff member to the device before it sends their template. We’ve also improved how device groups work when you sync down to the devices.

Because the order is now consistent, nothing gets lost in transit. Fewer sync problems means less time re-enrolling staff or chasing missing records, so you can trust that your devices are up to date.
