Subscription expired notice after renewing

Sometimes after extending an existing VIPRE licence key, the account subscription can still show as expired.

However, VIPRE just needs to update. You can do this by opening VIPRE and checking the subscription status. This will attempt to update the expiration date:

  1. Open VIPRE
  2. Click on the Account tab
  3. Click Check Subscription
This should update your expiration date if you extended your existing key.
If you purchased a new key, follow the below instructions:
  1. Click on the Change button
  2. Type in your new key
  3. VIPRE should then recognise and update the expiration date
