Cloud based time & attendance platform
IdencyTime is a cloud based platform that is the stepping stone between Biometric and RFID Time & Attendance terminals and your own software.
You create your own account, add your devices and then configure your feed of clocking records to suit your needs. From your dashboard it’s easy to manage your account.
Integrate a time and attendance feed
It’s easier than you think to integrate a time and attendance feed into your own software. IdencyTime will create an API feed, CSV or XML file that is updated in realtime that you can request & import into your employee timesheet tables.
Multiple locations & devices
As long as your devices have an internet connection it doesn’t matter where in the world they are. They will all send any clock records in realtime into IdencyTime. You can filter your feeds to select the different devices or locations.
Time & Attendance API feed
IdencyTime provides a secure, fully documented API that allows seamless integration with your web application or internal systems. The API enables time and attendance records to be automatically transferred from IdencyTime into your software, removing the need for manual data entry and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information.
The standard IdencyTime API is designed to meet the vast majority of customer requirements, supporting not just common time and attendance use cases such as clock-in and clock-out data, employee records, departments and locations, but also device management including device grouping. It is flexible, reliable and suitable for integration with payroll systems, HR platforms, and bespoke business applications.
Where customers have specific or non-standard requirements, IdencyTime can also offer bespoke API enhancements. These are tailored to work with your existing software and data structures, ensuring you receive the exact time and attendance data you need in the required format.
