This AI-based facial recognition terminal has optional RFID for contactless clocking and can authenticate users at a distance of 0.5-1.5 metres in 0.3 seconds. Equipped with a dual-core Linux-based CPU, the FaceDeep 3 offers the latest BioNANO deep learning algorithm.
The FaceDeep 3 (4G) ensures secure and accurate identification and is ideal for any small or medium business, supporting up to 6,000 facial & RFID card templates.

Recording Attendance for Sage HR
Once an employee is registered to the FaceDeep 3, they simply need to approach the device and position their face within the centre of the screen. The FaceDeep 3 will signify that it has recorded a successful clock visually on screen and by sound, taking less than a second.
Syncing Attendance Data to Sage HR
Staff clock in & out records collected by the FaceDeep 3 can be manually exported to Sage HR. Accessible on the Sage HR cloud management dashboard.
Viewing the Attendance Data in Sage HR
This image shows each individual clock time recorded by the FaceDeep 3 by our example employee. Starting work at 09:00am and ending shift at 17:00pm.
Network & Device Requirements:
- All terminal/s need a 3 pin UK power socket within close proximity of the installation location
- SIM card (please contact us to discuss before purchasing)
- The terminal/s need a fixed internal IP address applied
- Determine the networks subnet mask, gateway & device port details
