ClockReports: Importing/Exporting Employee User Data to/from Devices.

How do I import/export employee user data to/from a device?

If you have employees that need to clock in or out using different devices, you don't need to go through the process of registering them on each one.

If you have an Anviz or ZKTeco device: Click the Template To/From Device button that is under the Users tab in ClockReports. Under the user’s tab click template to/from device.

If you have a TSG device: Insert a Micro SD card into the bottom of the device. Be careful to get it the right way around and not to force it. Once inserted go into Menu 3 and select Download User Info. This will save the user data to the card.
