ClockReports USB Connection Issues

Why isn’t ClockReports device connecting by USB?

On the rare occasion that a device won’t connect to ClockReports when connected to the computer via USB cable (possibly blocked by antivirus or firewall), you can bypass this by following these steps:

1. Connect the device to your network with a network cable
2. In ClockReports add a new device and select the OA1000 (no matter what your device is).
3. Enter the serial number of your device and save.
4. Go back to the device settings and adjust to reflect the device. You’ll need to have set the right IP address and Gateway on the device.
