How to Enrol a User into an Anviz FaceDeep 5 Device

Enrolling a new user onto a Anviz FaceDeep 5:

  1. On the Anviz FaceDeep 5, look for the Cog icon at the bottom right of the screen
  2. Click the cog and enter the Admin details (ID = 0, Password = 12345). Then press Enter
  3. You will now be logged onto the FaceDeep as the default Admin
  4. To enrol and employee, click the Enrol Face icon
  5. First you will be asked to give an ID number. This has to be unique and cannot start with a 0. For example, 123 will be accepted, but 0123 or 00123 will not. Also accepted would be 100123 is fine. Many clients register users using their payroll numbers for consistency
  6. After you have entered the unique ID click the enter button
  7. The device should then say: This ID does not exist would you like to create it? Click Yes
  8. The device may instead say: Re-enrol the template (meaning the ID is already in use by another user). If this happens, follow the re-enrolment process below instead.
  9. The user will then be asked to fit their face within the oval template provided on screen
  10. If successful you will hear the device say “enrolment success” and a green tick will appear to show enrolment completion
