ClockReports Error: Adding device into ClockReports database failed

Why is it failing to add a device to the database?

If you get this error, check to make sure the already installed devices are in sequence as usually the problem is because of the device ID number is out of sequence.

E.g. if the device ID of the first and only device is set to number 2 the software cannot add device 2.

Change the ID of the first device to “1”, second to “2” and etc. before adding the next clock.

Please note that you’ll need to change ids on devices as well to match
