How do I import/export employee user data to/from a device?
If you have employees that need to clock in or out using different devices, you don’t need to go through the process of registering them on each one.
Als u een Anviz of ZKTeco device: Click the Template To/From Device button that is under the Users tab in KlokRapporten. Under the user’s tab click template to/from device.
If you have a TSG device: Insert a Micro SD card into the bottom of the device. Be careful to get it the right way around and not to force it. Once inserted go into Menu 3 and select Download User Info. This will save the user data to the card.
