Oplossing voor Anviz EP300 vergrendeld adminprobleem

The Anviz EP300 Admin is locked, how can the unit be re-configured?

Reset by Device

Connect the Anviz EP300 to your computer via its USB power cable. You will then need to load this Anviz CrossChex software on your computer:

You can download Anviz CrossChex hier

Then:
– Add the device (once connected via USB you can search for it in the Anviz CrossChex software)
– Then download users
– Find which users are admin and change them to normal access
– Then upload user templates (by pressing the user templates button under the users tab)
– This should then unlock the Anviz EP300
