On the rare occurrence an Anviz C2 Pro shows that it is holding a large of inaccurate count of fingerprints, a hardware restart is required to refresh the memory. This commonly occurs after carrying out ‘Template to Device‘ numerous times.
If the fingerprints stored amount still shows a large or inaccurate count then please contact met ons opnemen.
