IdencyTime is a cloud based platform that is the stepping stone between Biometric and RFID Time & Attendance terminals and your own software.

You create your own account, add your devices and then configure your feed of clocking records to suit your needs. From your dashboard it’s easy to manage your account.

It’s easier than you think to integrate a time and attendance feed into your own software. IdencyTime will create an API feed that is updated in realtime that you can request & import into your employee timesheet tables.

Multiple locations & devices

As long as your devices have an internet connection it doesn’t matter where in the world they are. They will all send any clock records in realtime into IdencyTime. You can filter your feeds to select the different devices or locations.

It is flexible, reliable and suitable for integration with payroll systems, HR platforms, and bespoke business applications.

Where customers have specific or non-standard requirements, IdencyTime can also offer bespoke API enhancements. These are tailored to work with your existing software and data structures, ensuring you receive the exact time and attendance data you need in the required format.
