What is My Malwarebytes?

My Malwarebytes is a customer facing portal that gives customers access to their subscriptions.

In the portal customers will be able to:

• View subscriptions
• Retrieve License Details
• Deactivate their license from all the computers that are active on license.
• Download the latest version of the software.
• Update their billing information
• More features will be added in the future

The limitation to this portal is that it will only display the subscriptions linked to the email address that was used at the time of purchase. If more subscriptions were purchased using a different email address, there is currently no way to merge the two accounts.

The team that developed the portal are actively looking to improve the customer experience and more features will be added in the future.
