    Go2Clock: What Are Job Trades

    Job Trades currently offer no functionality within Go2Clock and are simply an additional field that can be assigned to employees to identify the role they perform within their department.

    Job Trades can be useful when managing a large workforce, as they let you quickly identify an employee’s role within their department without needing to check their full profile. Once assigned, a Job Trade appears against the employee record and can help when reviewing or searching through employee lists.

    Step 1: Start a New Job Trade

    • Navigate to Job Trades
    • Sélectionner Create New

    Step 2: Name and Create the Job Trade

    • Enter the Job Trade Name
    • Enter a Description, if required
    • Sélectionner Créer
    Naming a Job Trade in Go2Clock

    Once created, the Job Trade can be assigned to the relevant employees. If uploading employees using mass import, make sure the Job Trade field uses the exact name of the Job Trade created in Go2Clock.
