Locating the ZKTeco VF380 serial number
If you take a look at the back of the ZKTeco VF80 facial recognition terminal, you will see a white sticker with a barcode.
This sticker is where the devices serial number is located and will begin with “SN: AE9D…” (see image).
This may be covered by a backplate, which you may need to remove using a screwdriver in order to see the serial number.
If you do need to remove the backplate, ensure that the device is OFF when doing so. This is because the ZKTeco VF380 features a tamper alarm that will be triggered when the device is on and the backplate is removed.
