Why does the ZKTeco VF380 alarm keeping going off?
If you’re setting up your ZKTeco VF380 and the alarm keeps going off it may be because the movement switch on the back of the device is being activated. The switch is there to make the alarm go off if the device is being moved off the wall it’s installed on (as a warning).
So check the back panel is securely against the device and not wobbling at all as you set it up
