Includes 2 hours of remote support. Typical tasks include:

  • Wiring the device, controller and lock
  • Connecting the unit to your network
  • Software set up and integration
  • Adding users
  • Setting up access levels
  • Reporting overview
  • Basic training
  • Registering employees
  • Downloading and synchronising data
  • Valid for 1 month from date of purchase*
