TSG Sudden Restarts
Why does every time a finger is placed on the scanner the device restarts?
This is usually due to a network issue, faulty network cable or power supply issue.
Try a new network cable
Check the power is securely in the back of the device
Check the power adapter is supplying enough power and you haven’t extended the power lines too far (as this may cause a voltage drop).
