ZKTeco S922 Unable to Sync with ZKTime Web 2.0

The Anviz S922 is not syncing to ZKTime Web 2.0 but I can see it in the devices tab?

Within the devices tab you can check to see if the device has connection, there will be an icon.

  • If the icon is green, it means it’s connected.
  • If the icon is red, it means it doesn’t have signal to the server.

Check that the device has signal (shows on device). Once it has signal, try again.
