    Resetting the Anviz EP300 to the factory settings

    How to reset the Anviz EP300 to the factory settings

    Normally Anviz devices do not have a hardware button to reset the device to the factory default settings, but you can do this through the software.

    1. Connect device with pc.
    2. Open communication software.
    3. ‘Add device’ > ‘Synchronise time’ > ‘Initialise device’

    Please note: if you want to keep the device data, please back up all the data before resetting).
