This month’s Go2Clock update gives managers the ability to save edited totals directly within the Legacy Report v6-Beta

New Go2Clock Feature:

Save Editable Totals Within the Legacy Report v6-Beta

The August Go2Clock update adds savable editable totals within the Legacy Report.

Managers use the Legacy Report v6-Beta in Go2Clock to review employee clocked hours and adjust before approving payroll. Until now, any manual changes made to the totals at the bottom weren’t saved once the report was closed, meaning managers had to redo their adjustments each time they reopened it. This update lets those changes be saved and kept in place, so the review process carries through properly to payroll approval.

Open the Legacy Report v6-Beta and edit the calculated totals as normal. Any adjustments you make can now be saved and will still be there the next time the report is opened, and any manager with access to the report will see the same figures. Adjusted totals stay highlighted in red so it’s clear a change has been made. Once payroll has been approved, the totals switch back to black and can no longer be edited. They can only become edited again if the payroll approval is removed.
